LapBack AS was founded October 2004 after realizing the potential data-security threat meeting companies during their day to day business activities.
After developing, marketing and selling pc desktop backup solutions during 2004 and 2005 the company decided to focus on a new product, MobileWipe. This product would address the upcoming problems mobile devices would meet as soon as they got more powerful. Early 2005 the development of MobileWipe started.
